The company MS-Air: about us
1994: with the kind assistance of Jürgen W. Möllemann who was president of the FSC Münster at the time, the company MS-Air GmbH was founded. At that time, there were three shareholders – Jürgen W. Möllemann was the shareholder with the majority of the capital share. To have a drop off aircraft that could reach the required drop off height of 4000 m in an adequate time and carry 10 parachutists at one time available for the parachute club Münster e. V. was the main reason for the purchase of a Porter PC-6. The partnership agreement was closed on 12 December 1994.
1995: the aircraft D-FFBZ was purchased on 13 February 1995 and the company was registered with the trade register on 10 October 1995. The certification as commercial aviation enterprise followed on 20 November 1995.
2003: the district government Münster recognised MS-Air as an aviation company according to regulations for commercial aviation traffic JAR-OPS 1 of the European Community. MS-Air was given an operating permit, the so-called AOC, with number D-NRW226EG on 13 February 2003.
2004: due to Jürgen W. Möllemann’s death, there was a restructuring of the company. All credits from the time of the company foundation were superseded and all remaining old shareholders left and new shareholders took over the GmbH (Pte Ltd). The new shareholders are as follows: Jürgen Arndt, Hans Brüning, Reinhold Fischedick, Wolfgang Schepers. The shareholders hold different capital shares. Each person however has the same voting right. Managing member of the shareholders for MS-Air is P.Jürgen Arndt.
